Salary is based on experience and qualifications. Higher rates apply to candidates with significant experience and/or qualifications.
An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Bexley this September.
This varied role offers the opportunity to deliver interventions, support teaching and provide whole-class cover across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
Your Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality English and Maths interventions.
• Lead whole-class lessons when required.
• Support teachers with planning and assessment.
• Help raise attainment through targeted learning support.
• Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
We're Looking For
• HLTA qualification or significant HLTA experience.
• Previous experience within UK primary schools.
• Strong understanding of the Primary National Curriculum.
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Positive, flexible and professional approach.
