What You'll Be Doing:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across the primary phase during teacher absence
• Lead whole-class teaching during PPA cover and short-term staff absence

• Adapt learning activities to meet the needs of different learners
• Collaborate with teachers to ensure continuity of learning and assessment
• Maintain a positive and purposeful learning environment throughout the school day

Ideal Candidate for this Bromley School:

• HLTA qualification or equivalent classroom experience supporting and leading learning
