The successful Higher Level Teaching Assistant will take the lead on Maths intervention programmes, support pupils through focused group work, and occasionally lead a Year 5 class during parts of the school day when the teacher is attending meetings or is otherwise unavailable. Planning will already be prepared, enabling the Higher Level Teaching Assistant to focus on delivering high-quality teaching.
