We are recruiting a Hire Desk Controller for national company that supplies specialist equipment to the construction industry.
Our client has a great reputation in the industry and is seeking an enthusiastic, experienced, and flexible all-rounder to work as part of a busy hire desk team within a supportive and friendly company.
Hire industry experience is desirable but not essential for this role providing you have worked in a fast paced office environment previously.

Role & Responsibilities
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Responsible for processing orders and collections of equipment.
- Liaising with drivers and engineers
- Planning transport for deliveries and collections
- Proactively working with all departments
- Updating a range of IT systems
- Full training on product range will be given
Requirements
- Hire desk experience is desirable but not essential
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Office based customer service and admin experience
