Salary: £29,741.40 per annum
Hours: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Hire Desk Controller – The Role:

Hudson Lifting is looking for a motivated Hire Desk Controller to join our dynamic team. You’ll play a vital role in supporting our customers and ensuring they have the right equipment for their needs.
Hire Desk Controller – Key Responsibilities:
- Providing top-notch customer service by handling inquiries for lifting equipment and our full range of products
- Liaising with customers regarding all hire, sales, and service inquiries, offering solutions tailored to their needs
- Promoting our company and services proactively, ensuring customers are aware of all we offer
- Negotiating hire rates, preparing detailed quotations, and ensuring all specifications are clear
- Performing administrative duties, including resolving any customer queries efficiently
- You may also be asked to take on additional tasks as needed to support the team and our customers
Hire Desk Controller – You:
- Has excellent customer service skills and experience in a high-volume hire desk environment
- Can work independently, with strong organizational skills and a proactive approach.
- Knowledge of lifting and safety equipment is a plus, but don’t worry if you’re not an expert – we’ll provide all the training you need
- Has a passion for customer satisfaction and a strong desire to contribute to a growing, forward-thinking company
