The successful Teacher of History will join the school from September 2026 and continue in the role until May 2027.

The RoleAs a Teacher of History in Blackpool, Lancashire, you will:
- Deliver engaging History lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Plan and assess learning in line with the national curriculum
- Inspire students to develop a passion for History
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Monitor progress and support students to achieve their potential
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents
To be considered for this Teacher of History role in Blackpool, Lancashire, you will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Have experience teaching History in a secondary school setting
- Demonstrate strong classroom management skills
- Have excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Be committed to raising standards and pupil outcomes
- Be able to provide suitable references and complete an enhanced DBS check
