Salary: £ 35,000 to £45,000 DOE + Call out OTE £60k

Hours: Monday-Friday - 40 hours a week + call out (Max 1 in 4)

 Type: Permanent, Full-Time

What You'll Be Doing

  • Installing HIU systems, including associated pipework
  • Carrying out planned maintenance and servicing of HIUs
  • Completing accurate records of work and materials using the company PDA/IT system
  • Diagnosing and resolving issues efficiently and professionally
  • Communicating clearly with clients and property managers regarding job progress and follow-up works
  • Working safely and maintaining high standards of health & safety at all times

What We're Looking For

  • NVQ Level 2 Plumbing qualification
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Previous HIU engineering experience
  • Experience working within commercial and/or residential properties
  • Social Housing experience is desirable but not essential
  • A professional approach with good communication skills
