Are you an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking for your next opportunity within a welcoming primary school?

We are currently recruiting for a full-time HLTA to join a primary school in Bromley, supporting pupils across both KS1 and KS2.

The Role:

• Full-time HLTA position

• October start

• Bromley-based primary school

• Working across KS1 and KS2

• Supporting teaching and learning across the school

• Opportunity to make a positive impact on pupils' progress and development

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous HLTA or relevant classroom experience is required

• Relevant qualifications are preferred

• Confident supporting pupils across KS1 and KS2

• Strong classroom management and communication skills

• Reliable, adaptable and enthusiastic

• Passionate about supporting children's learning and development

• Driver preferred but not essential
