HLTA Required – Featherstone, September 2026 start

Think Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate HLTA to work in a SEMH setting in Featherstone.

This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a meaningful difference in children's learning journey. The successful candidate will work closely with student's to build confidence, reinforce core skills, and provide tailored academic support within a school setting.

• Location: Featherstone
• Start Date: September 2026
• Hours: During school hours
• Role Type: HLTA with SEMH experience

Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalised learning sessions 
• Support the student’s academic progress in core subjects such as English and Maths as well as other subjects
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs
• Build a positive and encouraging learning environment

Requirements:

• Experience working with children in across Key Stage 1 through to Key Stage 4
• Strong understanding of the national curriculum
• Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills
• Ability to engage and motivate learners 
• Relevant qualifications or teaching experience preferred
