Your Role
As a Home Care Assistant you will:
- Provide personal and intimate care with dignity and respect
- Support individuals to achieve their personal outcomes and independence
- Assist with daily household tasks
- Support with medication prompts and administration
- Prepare meals and assist with nutrition
- Deliver care in line with Health and Social Care Standards: My Support, My Life
