We're currently looking for caring, reliable and compassionate Support Workers to join our growing team.

Please note: We are currently unable to offer visa sponsorship, so applicants must already have the right to work in the UK.

Your Role

As a Home Care Support Worker, you'll make a genuine difference to people's lives by providing support that helps them maintain their independence at home.

Duties include:

• Personal care, including bathing, dressing and personal hygiene
• Preparing light meals
• Medication prompting
• Shopping and collecting prescriptions
• Light household cleaning and domestic support
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing

Every visit is an opportunity to brighten someone's day and help them live comfortably in their own home.

What We're Looking For

You don't need previous care experience—we provide full training and ongoing support. What matters most is that you're kind, compassionate, reliable and enjoy helping others.

You'll need:

• A caring and positive attitude
• Good communication skills
• A full UK driving licence
• Access to your own vehicle (essential)
• The right to work in the UK
• To work alternate weekends
• To be able to work a variety of shifts across a 7-day week

Shift Pattern

Shifts are available between:

• 7:00am – 2:00pm
• 4:00pm – 10:00pm

Part-time and full-time opportunities are available.
