An established and highly regarded care provider is seeking an experienced and driven Registered Home Manager to lead a large nursing and residential care service in the North West.

As the Registered Home Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the clinical, operational, regulatory and commercial performance of the service, ensuring residents receive the highest standards of care and support at all times.

The Role

As Registered Home Manager, you will:

  • Provide strong and visible leadership across the service.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.
  • Maintain full compliance with CQC regulations and statutory requirements.
  • Drive continuous quality improvement and service development.
  • Manage occupancy, budgets and overall service performance.
  • Develop and support a multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent outcomes.
  • Build positive relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in the management on-call rota when required.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager within a nursing home setting.
  • Active NMC registration (preferred).
  • A proven track record of achieving positive inspection outcomes.
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding and clinical governance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
  • Experience managing budgets, occupancy and operational performance.
  • The ability to inspire and develop teams to deliver outstanding care.
  • A passion for improving resident outcomes and driving continuous improvement.
