Career Makers are partnering with a well-established care provider in the South who are looking for an experienced Home Manager to lead a small nursing home in the heart of Ware.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable and supportive care team, with strong senior support and ongoing development opportunities. You will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring smooth operations and consistently high standards of care.

Responsibilities as a Home Manager:
- Lead the day-to-day management of the nursing home, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care.
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding requirements and relevant legislation.
- Lead, support and develop the staff team through supervision, training and performance management.
- Oversee care planning, risk assessments, audits and continuous quality improvement.
Requirements as a Home Manager:
- Previous Home Manager experience within a nursing or care home setting
- Active NMC Pin preferred
- Relevant management qualification
