This is an opportunity to manage a premium elderly nursing home in Aylesbury, where the standard isn't just compliance, it's making sure every resident feels properly seen, cared for and looked after, in surroundings that reflect that. You'll have the autonomy, backing and resources to deliver that, without layers of approval slowing you down.

You'll have full ownership of the home, trusted to lead it your way.

The role

You'll lead the home's day-to-day operation, keeping standards high across care, compliance and safeguarding, because that's the foundation everything else sits on.

You'll build a strong team culture, one where staff want to stay, and where that stability shows up in the quality of care residents receive. You'll get to know families properly, support sustainable occupancy, and manage the home's commercial performance, but never at the expense of the care itself.

This is a provider that believes the finer details matter, but only because they exist to support outstanding, person-centred care, not to replace it.

You'll need

• At least two years' experience as a Home Manager or in a comparable senior role
• An elderly nursing or complex-care background
• Strong knowledge of CQC requirements
• A track record of leading and developing successful teams
• Strong commercial awareness
• The confidence to hold both luxury standards and genuinely excellent care to the same high bar

You'll be trusted to lead, make decisions and shape the home's future, with real support from an experienced senior team behind you.
