Salary: £70,000 to £80,000 per annum

Are you an experienced Home Manager ready to take on a high-profile leadership role? We are looking for an accomplished Registered Manager to lead a prestigious residential care home in Buckinghamshire.

This is an outstanding opportunity to manage a high-end service, leading a dedicated team to deliver exceptional, person-centred care in a welcoming and supportive setting.

The Role As Home Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the safe, effective and compliant running of the home. You will lead by example, maintaining outstanding standards of care while creating a positive environment for residents, families and colleagues.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the residential home
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, CQC requirements and internal standards
  • Leading, motivating and supporting a team of care professionals
  • Developing and reviewing personalised care plans for residents
  • Managing budgets, staffing and resources effectively
  • Promoting a positive, inclusive and compassionate culture
  • Building strong relationships with residents, families and external professionals
  • Driving continuous improvement and maintaining the highest standards of care and service delivery

About You To be successful in this Home Manager position, you will have:

  • A Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care, or equivalent
  • Previous management experience within a nursing home, residential care home or similar healthcare setting
  • Strong knowledge of care home compliance, quality assurance and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
  • A compassionate, resident-focused approach to care
  • The ability to manage teams, budgets and operational priorities confidently
