Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care for elderly residents.
- Develop, support and inspire multidisciplinary care teams within the home.
- Maintain regulatory compliance and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Build positive relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals.
About You
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RGN).
- Previous experience working as a Registered Manager.
- Strong understanding of care quality, compliance and team leadership within a nursing home environment.
- Care Inspectorate registration or eligibility to register.
- Must have excellent knowledge of care systems and clinical governance.
