Are you an experienced Nursing Home Manager or Registered Home Manager looking for a well-supported leadership role in Leeds?
Earn £75,000 plus a performance-related bonus leading a 55-bed, Good-rated nursing home with an established team, very low staff turnover and a strong supernumerary Clinical Deputy Manager.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering safe, person-centred nursing and dementia care
- Maintaining CQC compliance and strengthening evidence of high-quality care
- Overseeing clinical governance, safeguarding, medication management and audits
- Working with the Clinical Deputy Manager to develop nursing practice
- Coaching, supporting and retaining staff
- Managing staffing, budgets, resources and occupancy
- Building trusted relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals
We welcome applications from Nursing Home Managers, Registered Home Managers and Nurse Qualified Care Home Managers with:
- A successful track record of nursing home leadership
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and clinical governance
- Evidence of achieving or maintaining Good or Outstanding care standards
- Experience managing teams, quality improvement and financial performance
- An approachable, visible and supportive leadership style
