Nursing Home Manager 
Partington, Greater Manchester
£75,000 + Bonus Scheme 

An experienced Home Manager is required to lead a successful nursing care home in Greater Manchester.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proven care home leader with strong CQC knowledge, commercial awareness and a passion for delivering outstanding resident care.

The Role:

• Overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the home
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and care standards
• Lead, mentor and develop the staff team
• Manage budgets and achieve occupancy targets
• Build positive relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals
• Drive continuous improvement and quality outcomes

About You:

• Previous experience managing a nursing or residential care home
• Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulations
• Proven track record of achieving high-quality care standards
• Commercially minded with experience managing occupancy and budgets
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• NMC registration desirable but not essential

Package:

• Salary up to £75,000 DOE
