Homelessness/Temp Residency Support Worker

We are currently looking for individuals who would be able to support with one of our new clients who support those who have been homeless and/or are in temporary residence.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role you will be responsible for completing support plans, general admin such as offering support as and when needed with tenancy management, budgeting, sign posting etc. Other duties include visiting different properties to inspect/advise of any repairs needed and reporting any concerns.
Experience is preffered for this role but previous support work/care experience is considered. De-escalation skills desirable as well as good communication skills, organisation skills and the desire to help others.

Nurse Plus Requirements
- You must be over 18 years old and have the right to work in the UK.
- A MINIMUM of 6 months UK care experience
- Flexibility in your availability, with the ability to travel to different settings.
- A good standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively.
- A clear enhanced DBS, which you can apply for upon registration.
