You will be expected to:
- Provide management direction, development and support to a team of staff within a residential community and/or day care setting.
- Provide a service that flexibly meets the needs of all people using the service.
- Provide a service that is representative of the community it services, meeting the needs of Black and Ethnic Minority Communities and women.
- To manage budgets within agreed budgetary limits.
- Hold or currently be working towards a minimum of level 4 qualification in Adult Social Care or Equivalent.
- 2 years’ experience of working with older people in a residential setting.
- 2 years’ experience of direct supervision and managing teams.
- Obtain registration with the Care Quality Commission within 6 months of commencing post.
- Be flexible to the needs of the organisation and the service.
