We work closely with a wide range of primary schools, offering day-to-day supply, short-term cover, long-term placements and maternity contracts. Opportunities are available across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.

The Role

As a Supply Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across the primary age range
• Follow school policies and maintain high expectations for behaviour and learning
• Adapt quickly to new classroom environments
• Build positive relationships with pupils and school staff
• Ensure a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
• Experience teaching within a primary school setting
• Strong classroom management skills
• Flexible and professional approach
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one through Hays)
