Hospital Team Domestic Supervisor

Location: ST4 Area, Stoke-on-Trent

Pay Rate: £13.37 per hour

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Contract: Ongoing Temporary Assignment. Could lead to permanent role for the right candidate.

We are currently recruiting for a Domestic Supervisor to join a healthcare facility in the ST4 postcode area. This is a full-time, ongoing temporary opportunity for an experienced supervisor who can effectively lead a domestic services team while ensuring high standards of cleanliness and compliance are maintained.

• Supervising and supporting the domestic services team
• Managing staff rotas and day-to-day staffing requirements
• Conducting annual leave and sickness reviews
• Training and developing staff members
• Providing cover and support in cleaning areas when required
• Ensuring cleaning standards are maintained across the site
• Supporting compliance with health and safety and infection control procedures

• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage, motivate and develop staff
• Experience within domestic, cleaning, facilities or healthcare environments is desirable
• Standard DBS required

• £13.37 per hour
• Full-time hours (37.5 hours per week)
• Ongoing temporary assignment
