We are currently recruiting enthusiastic, professional, and customer-focused Host/Hostess staff within the hospitality and Catering industry to work in one of our prestigious clients' airport lounges at Heathrow Airport, located in West London Hounslow.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality, guest relations, and delivering exceptional customer service in a professional airport lounge environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide excellent customer service.
• Check boarding passes and verify lounge access eligibility.
• Assist guests with seating arrangements and lounge facilities.
• Answer passenger enquiries and handle requests professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area.
• Work closely with the lounge team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience.
• Always represent the hospitality team professionally.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the hospitality industry or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance, a friendly attitude, and a customer-focused approach.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Must be eligible to obtain an airport airside pass.
• Must have a valid DBS check or be willing to undergo one, as required.
• Must provide a fully checkable five-year employment, education, or activity history, with supporting documents where required.
• Must have the right to work in the UK.
