Hotel Manager

We are seeking a Hotel Manager for Galway to join a 4-Star Hospitality Property.
Salary: DOE.

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established hotel for an ambitious and commercially focused Hotel Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and support the continued growth and success of a busy hospitality business. The property offers a strong mix of accommodation, food & beverage, weddings, events, conferencing and leisure facilities.
The Opportunity
Reporting to senior leadership, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence, guest satisfaction, team performance and commercial results across all areas of the hotel.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the day-to-day operation of the hotel.
* Deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain the highest service standards.
* Oversee departmental performance across Rooms, Food & Beverage, Events and Leisure operations.
* Monitor budgets, financial performance and key operational metrics.
* Identify opportunities to maximise revenue and profitability.
* Lead, mentor and develop management and operational teams.
* Ensure compliance with all health & safety and company policies.
* Work closely with senior stakeholders to implement strategic objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a Hotel Manager, Deputy GM, Operations Manager or Assistant GM position.
* Strong operational experience within a hotel environment.
* Food & Beverage leadership experience is highly desirable.
* Experience managing weddings, events or conference business would be advantageous.
* Proven track record in team leadership and people management.
* Strong commercial awareness and financial understanding.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
