Hotel Reservations Agent in City of Westminster, Greater London

Kerry Robert Associates are proudly supporting a well-known and established hotel in central London, in the search for a Hotel Reservations Agent. 

This is an excellent career development opportunity for a candidate already working in a hotel guest-facing role who is looking to move into reservations or build a career within revenue and front office. 
 

Key Responsibilities: 
 

• Manage guest reservations from initial enquiry through to confirmation. 

• Handle calls, emails and online enquiries, providing accurate information and promoting the hotel’s facilities to maximise revenue opportunities. 

• Work closely with the front office and revenue teams to ensure availability, rates and guest requirements are correctly managed. 

• Maintain accurate booking records and ensure all details are clearly communicated across departments. 

• Support in upselling rooms, packages and additional services, while delivering a high level of customer service. 

Requirements: 
 

• Previous experience in either: Guest services, Front office or Reservations 

• A strong customer service focus with a professional and friendly manner 

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 

• Good attention to detail and organisational skills. 

• Confident using hotel systems (PMS experience desirable). 

• A proactive and positive approach to work. 

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. 
   

Benefits:
