Up to US$3,500 a month net plus US$1,000 a month net housing allowance plus gratuities

Would you like to look after one group of guests at a time, rather than hundreds? Could you see yourself in the Caribbean, with busy guest stays balanced by quieter weeks in between? Ready to bring five-star standards to a smaller, more personal property?

Our client is a luxury private resort operator offering exclusive-use, all-inclusive stays for high-net-worth guests. Each property hosts one private group at a time, and every stay is fully arranged: personal chefs, full-board dining, spa treatments, itineraries and activities. Guests get the service of a five-star resort with the privacy of their own villa.

You would lead housekeeping across the suites, guestrooms and shared spaces as part of a close-knit team, setting and keeping the standard for every arrival, stay and departure. While guests are in residence the pace is intense and you may work six days a week. Between stays it is calmer, with the focus on keeping the property in top condition, ready for the next group.

You'll need

• Housekeeping management experience in a five-star hotel, luxury resort or private villa setting
• Experience leading and training a housekeeping team
• High standards and discretion with high-profile guests
• Flexibility to work longer weeks during guest stays
