What you’ll be doing as Housekeeping Supervisor:
Reporting directly to the Executive Head Housekeeper, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the housekeeping operation, leading a team of around 25 to 30 colleagues and ensuring consistently exceptional standards across bedrooms, suites and public areas.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You will be visible on the floor, supporting and developing your team, carrying out inspections, managing daily allocations and ensuring every detail meets the standards expected within a 5-star luxury environment.
What We're Looking For In A Housekeeping Supervisor:
We are looking for an experienced housekeeping professional who:
- Has previous supervisory or team leadership experience within a quality hotel environment
- Understands the demands of a luxury 4 or 5-star operation
- Leads by example and enjoys being hands-on
- Has an exceptional eye for detail and high standards
- Is confident motivating, coaching and supporting a team
- Takes pride in delivering an outstanding guest experience
- Is organised, reliable and comfortable working in a fast-paced operation
- Wants to develop their career within luxury hospitality

- £31,300 per annum
- Discretionary service charge, typically around £200 to £300 per month after qualifying period
