We’re currently looking for an experienced Housing Assistant Site Manager to join a 108-unit traditional new build housing development in Doncaster.

Salary: Up to £50,000
Car Allowance: £4,000
Package: Excellent benefits
Progression: Genuine opportunity to step up to Site Manager within 12 months
Future sites: Halifax or Sheffield
⏱️ Start: ASAP – up to 4 weeks’ notice considered

What we're looking for:
  • 3–4 years’ experience as a Housing Assistant Site Manager
  • Strong experience working on new build housing developments
  • SMSTS
  • CSCS
  • First Aid
  • Ambitious and keen to progress into a Site Manager role
