Housing Officer

Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Housing Officer for a local authority in Southwest London.

In this role, you will deliver a proactive housing management service, supporting older residents to maintain safe, secure and sustainable tenancies.

Duties:

• Manage tenancies and take appropriate enforcement action.
• Support vulnerable residents to sustain their tenancies.
• Inspect homes and communal areas and follow up on issues.
• Manage voids, lettings, contractors and resident engagement.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience in tenancy and housing management.
• Experience supporting vulnerable or older residents.
• Experience conducting property and estate inspections.
• Experience managing voids, lettings and tenancy enforcement.

What's on offer:

Salary: £30ph+

*may negotiate higher for exceptional candidates, based on experience*

Contract type: 5-6 months minimum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week
