We're recruiting for a Housing Officer to join a leading Housing Association in South East London. You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality tenancy and neighbourhood management services across a designated patch, ensuring residents receive excellent support and customer service.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing tenancy and estate issues
- Handling ASB, nuisance and safeguarding cases
- Conducting estate inspections
- Managing voids, viewings and tenancy sign-ups
- Working closely with local authorities and partner agencies
- Knowledge of social housing and housing legislation desirable
