Our client is looking for an experienced Leasehold Officer

Leasehold officer/Service charge officer

Assignment length - 3 months initially with a view to extend

Hybrid working - need to be in the office 2-3 days per week initially

This role will be mainly based in Selby with flexibility to work in Richmond and Harrogate.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage leaseholder accounts, including service charges and ground rents.

Ensure compliance with lease agreements and relevant legislation.

Maintain accurate records of leasehold properties and agreements

Prepare and distribute service charge statements and related documentation

Act as the main point of contact for leaseholders, addressing queries and concerns effectively.

Investigate and resolve disputes or complaints in a timely manner.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth property operations
