Salary: £27,299.40


We are looking for an organised and proactive Housing Repairs Coordinator to provide essential administrative and coordination support across our housing condition, disrepair and healthy homes programmes.

Working as part of a specialist team, you will help ensure cases, surveys, repairs and actions are accurately recorded, regularly monitored and progressed within agreed timescales. You will also support work relating to Awaab’s Law, helping the organisation maintain a clear and up-to-date overview of outstanding actions.

This is a customer-focused role where attention to detail, communication and the ability to manage competing priorities are key.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the Healthy Homes and Surveying Services teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of housing condition cases, surveys, repairs and associated actions across internal systems.
  • Regularly review outstanding actions and ensure information is kept current and accurate.
  • Monitor and follow up repairs and survey activity, ensuring actions are progressed appropriately.
  • Manage no access cases in accordance with established procedures, arranging further appointments and following up where required.
  • Ensure new actions and cases are logged correctly and tracked through to completion.
  • Produce accurate weekly and monthly updates for management, highlighting current case positions and outstanding activity.
  • Support the administration of housing condition and disrepair claims, including arranging appointments and issuing relevant correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate records of appointments, customer contact, no access events and follow-up actions.
  • Work closely with surveying, repairs and wider operational teams to ensure cases are coordinated effectively.
  • Contribute to a positive customer experience by dealing with residents professionally, sensitively and respectfully.
  • Identify issues or delays and take appropriate action to resolve them or escalate where necessary.
  • Support wider team priorities and contribute to effective cross-functional working.

  • You will be a highly organised administrator who can manage multiple cases and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • You will be confident working with systems and records, following established processes and communicating with both customers and internal teams.
