Housing Reviews Officer – Section 202 – Local Authority – East London
£32 - £42+ per hour (negotiable depending on experience)
Hybrid working - 1 day in the office
3 months initial contract – likely to be extended
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting Section 202 homelessness reviews under the Housing Act 1996.
Reviewing:
- Homelessness decisions
- Suitability of temporary accommodation
- Discharge of homelessness duty
- Housing register decisions
- Choice-based lettings offers
You must have:
- Previous Must have relevant Housing experience particularly with Section 202’s
- Experience of working directly within a local authority
