Interim Housing Applications & Systems Support Analyst

Location: Remote
Rate: £650.00 per day (Umbrella)
Contract: Interim (3–12 Months) | Full Time

We are recruiting for an experienced Interim Housing Applications & Systems Support Analyst to support a Local Authority's Housing Technology team on a remote interim assignment.

This role will focus on supporting and maintaining the NEC Integrated Housing Management System and associated applications, ensuring system stability, service continuity and ongoing improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain NEC Housing applications.
• Manage incidents, changes, releases and system upgrades.
• Ensure data integrity, governance and compliance.
• Work with Housing Services, Digital teams and third-party suppliers.
• Support business improvement and transformation initiatives.
• Maintain system documentation and provide technical advice to stakeholders.

Essential Requirements

• Experience supporting NEC Housing applications.
• Strong ITSM knowledge (Incident, Problem, Change and Release Management).
• Excellent stakeholder and supplier management skills.
• Experience delivering application support within Local Government, Housing or a similar complex environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
