Salary: Up to £36,000 (DOE) + benefits, 1 day WFH

The Role:
This is a broad and influential generalist HR role where you'll act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on all aspects of people management. You'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on employee engagement, talent development, workforce planning, and organisational performance while supporting a business undergoing continuous growth and transformation.
Working closely with senior leaders and the wider HR team, you'll help deliver a people strategy that drives business success while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practice.
The HR will support the Head of HR in:
- Providing HR guidance to managers and employees on a range of people matters, including recruitment of manufacturing personnel, employee relations issues, disciplinary and grievance procedures, and performance and capability management across the manufacturing operation.
- Delivering comprehensive HR support to the business, ensuring effective and consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and best practice across all areas of the employee lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with the wider HR team to provide a high-quality, customer-focused HR service, supporting both internal stakeholders and external customers while driving positive business outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experienced HR professional with a strong background in generalist HR roles, providing advice and support across the employee lifecycle.
- Proven ability to manage complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, capability, and performance management processes.
- Ideally CIPD qualified (3 or above), with comprehensive knowledge of UK employment law, HR best practices, and organisational policies.
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels of an organisation.
- Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with excellent organisational skills and proficiency in HR systems, including experience with Workday being advantageous.
