Are you an organised, proactive HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a motivated HR Administrator to join our growing team and provide high-quality support across the full employee life cycle.

The Role

As HR Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the HR function, ensuring processes run smoothly and accurately across recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and HR administration.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing employee records and maintaining HR databases
  • Supporting recruitment activities, including arranging interviews and issuing offer documentation
  • Coordinating onboarding and induction processes for new starters
  • Processing contractual changes, letters, and employee correspondence
  • Assisting with payroll administration and benefits information
  • Producing HR reports and analysing workforce data
  • Supporting managers and employees with HR-related queries
  • Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies
  • Assisting with HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives



About You

We're looking for an individual who is:

  • A self-starter who can work independently and take ownership of tasks
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Tech-savvy and confident using HR systems, Microsoft Office, and digital tools
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
  • A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solution-focused
  • Discreet and professional when handling confidential information



Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in an HR Administration or HR Assistant role
  • Good understanding of HR processes and employee life cycle activities
  • Experience using HRIS or HR management systems
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  • CIPD Level 3 qualification (desirable but not essential)
  • Excellent administrative and organisational abilities
