Hr Administrator

We are currently recruiting for a well-established company in the Burnley area who are looking for a strong administrator to support the HR team. The vacancy is being recruited on a temporary basis and is expected to be for a 6-month period. The ideal candidate must have previously working in a similar environment.
Duties and responsibilities
- Manage and update all HR Documentation and databases for current employees and retain files of leavers for the required time.
- Updating absences / sickness records daily.
- Sending out invitation letters to employees for appointments.
- Saving employees information for training documents and certificates.
- Provide administrative support for HR and business initiatives and projects led by the Management Team
- Provide reception/admin support including visitor inductions, EHR administration, procurement for office equipment/equipment/stationery, meeting room bookings and requirements.
- Answering calls and taking messages.
- Proficient in MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Hour of work – Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm (40 hours per week) although the working hours can be flexible.
- Hourly rate will be £13.49 an hour based on a 40-hour week, paid weekly.
