Who are we looking for?
The ideal HR Administrator will have a positive, proactive approach, a strong work ethic and, above all, genuinely enjoy being part of a team.
This is a busy, fast-paced environment where priorities can change, so we're looking for someone who:
-
Is a genuine team player – enjoys supporting colleagues, sharing responsibilities and working towards common goals.
-
Takes ownership – uses initiative, follows things through and takes pride in doing a good job.
-
Is organised and adaptable – comfortable managing competing priorities, meeting deadlines and adjusting when plans change.
-
Has excellent attention to detail – understands the importance of accuracy, particularly with employee records, contracts and confidential information.
-
Builds strong relationships – approachable, professional and confident communicating with colleagues and managers at all levels.
-
Is happy to get stuck in – appreciates that everyday administration is just as important as the more complex aspects of HR.
Ideally, you'll have at least 12 months' practical HR administration experience, although we're interested in hearing from candidates with different backgrounds.
Perhaps you're a graduate with some HR experience, an established HR Administrator or HR Coordinator, or an HR generalist from an SME who would welcome the support and development opportunities of a larger organisation.
Equally, you may already work within a larger HR function and be looking for greater variety and the opportunity to progress.
Experience of HRIS or payroll systems would be advantageous, as would a CIPD qualification or working towards one.
