£26,000 to £30,000 depending on experience
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, fully office based

This is a newly created role within a rapidly growing organisation, offering an excellent opportunity to join an expanding HR function and work closely with an experienced Head of HR.

HR Administrator Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating recruitment activities, including arranging interviews and liaising with candidates, hiring managers and recruitment partners
  • Preparing employment contracts, offer letters and right-to-work documentation
  • Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems
  • Assisting with payroll and employee benefits administration
  • Responding to employee queries and providing day-to-day HR support
  • Supporting HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Working collaboratively with teams across the business to ensure HR processes run smoothly

Candidate Requirements: 

  • Previous HR administration experience would be advantageous, although we would also welcome applications from candidates with strong administrative experience and a genuine interest in pursuing a career in HR
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
  • Professional, discreet and comfortable handling confidential information
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
  • Proactive, positive and keen to develop professionally
