We’re working with a progressive, people-centric organisation to recruit a motivated HR Advisor to join their dynamic and collaborative HR team. This is more than a traditional generalist role – it’s a chance to influence, shape, and enhance the employee experience across the business.

The Role

As a key member of the HR team, you’ll act as a trusted partner to both managers and employees, providing expert advice while driving positive change. With a mix of operational and strategic responsibilities, you’ll enjoy a varied role where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide commercially focused HR advice across a broad range of people matters
  • Manage employee relations cases end-to-end, including absence, performance, disciplinary, and grievance
  • Promote best practice, ensuring fair and consistent application of HR policies
  • Partner with stakeholders to support business decisions and people strategy
  • Support onboarding, training, and development initiatives
  • Drive employee engagement activities and contribute to HR projects
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including screening and coordination
  • Contribute to reward processes, reporting, and wider HR operations

About You

  • Proven experience in a generalist HR or HR Advisor role
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law
  • Confident handling ER cases from start to finish
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • CIPD Level 3 or 5 (or working towards)

What’s in It for You

  • Competitive salary of £34,000 – £38,000 (depending on experience)
  • Hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 days from home)
  • A varied, hands-on role with genuine career development opportunities
  • Exposure to exciting HR projects and business initiatives
  • Occasional travel to other sites (with advance notice)

If you’re looking for a role where you can truly add value, develop your career, and be part of a forward-thinking HR function, we’d love to hear from you.
