An exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join a busy HR team on a maternity cover contract. You'll provide practical HR support across multiple sites, managing employee relations cases, advising managers on a range of HR matters, and supporting the full employee lifecycle. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to HR projects, policy development, colleague development, and wellbeing initiatives.
2 days working from home, 40 hours per week.
Key Requirements:
- Proven HR Advisory and employee relations experience
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law
- CIPD qualified or HR-related degree
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage a varied caseload and provide pragmatic HR advice
