HR Advisor

My client is recruiting for an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join a fantastic organisation and play a key role in supporting managers and employees across the business.

The role will involve:

• Providing day-to-day HR advice and guidance to managers and employees
• Supporting employee relations cases, including absence, performance, disciplinary and grievance matters
• Advising on HR policies, procedures and best practice
• Supporting the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to exit
• Supporting wider HR projects and initiatives
• CIPD qualification or working towards this would be advantageous
