HR Advisor | Multi-Site Business Services Organisation | Permanent | Up to £40,000 | Slough

The Bukola Group is delighted to be partnering with a leading business services organisation with a large, diverse and multi-site workforce to recruit a HR Advisor on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, people-focused business where you will play a key role in supporting managers across multiple locations on a broad range of employee relations matters and people initiatives.

Working as part of an established HR team, you'll be responsible for managing a varied employee relations caseload, coaching managers, supporting organisational change, and ensuring a fair and consistent approach to people management across the business.

This role would suit a confident HR professional who enjoys working in operational environments, thrives on building strong stakeholder relationships, and has a passion for delivering practical and commercially focused HR solutions in a multi-site, unionised environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a broad range of employee relations cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, flexible working requests, redundancies and dispute resolution.
  • Provide prompt and professional HR advice to managers on employee relations matters and employment legislation.
  • Coach and support managers in handling people issues confidently and effectively.
  • Review case documentation, evidence and correspondence to ensure procedural compliance and minimise risk.
  • Draft HR correspondence and support managers through formal meetings and hearings where required.
  • Analyse people data, monitor trends and provide recommendations to support business decision-making.
  • Assist with organisational change initiatives, including restructuring and TUPE activity.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders across the business.
  • Support wider HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

We're keen to speak with candidates who can demonstrate:

  • Previous experience in a HR Advisor or Employee Relations-focused position.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
  • Experience managing complex employee relations casework from start to finish.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to manage a high-volume and varied caseload within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • A proactive, resilient and solutions-focused approach.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Highly Desirable

  • Experience managing employee relations casework within a multi-site organisation.
  • Exposure to TUPE processes and organisational change activity.
  • Experience working with Trade Unions.
  • Previous experience within multi-site Facilities Management, Business Services, Cleaning, Security, Hospitality, Logistics or other operationally-led environments.
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification.
