The Company

We are currently working with a leading brand who have sites across the UK. They are looking for a HR Advisor to join them on a permanent basis to support a couple of their sites local to Wellingborough Northamptonshire.

What you will be responsible for?

• Build a strong relationship with the site key stakeholders, supporting them on operational HR activities day to day.
• Support on ER case work, 1st line advice and minute taking in complex case meetings including compiling case management packs.
• Management of elements of HR administration - contracts, offer letters and reference requests etc.
• Partner with the TA team on additional recruitment activities.
• Assist with various HR projects including management coaching and succession planning.

What do we need from you?

The successful candidate will have:

• Ability to turn your hand to everything and anything within the world of HR - this role is really varied and completely generalist
• Previous experience operating as a HR Advisor with an understanding and exposure to ER case work
• Ideally previous experience within a commercial and fast paced environment.
• Ideally qualified to CIPD level 5 or QBE
