A world leading manufacturer of electric products and applications, used in a range of industries such as Automotive, Home Appliances, Industrial Machinery and Robotic, HVAC and Medical. My client has been established for over 50 years and is a global leader in what they do, with multiple locations in the UK and globally. Due to growth of the business, this organisation is looking for a HR Advisor to join their growing team.
Reporting directly to the HR Manager, the successful candidate will take responsibility of supporting complex ER Cases on-site. This is a broad and influential generalist HR role where you'll act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on all aspects of people management. You'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on employee engagement, talent development, workforce planning, and organisational performance while supporting a business undergoing continuous growth and transformation. Working closely with senior leaders and the wider HR team, you'll help deliver a people strategy that drives business success while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practice.
This is an office-based role that requires face to face interaction with mangers to effectively manage cases and built rapport and trust with internal stakeholders. You will be supported by a team of HR professionals ranging from admin, management and business partner level. We are looking to speak with candidates with a strong generalist background and can provide support across the employee lifecycle.
The Candidate:
- Experienced HR professional with a strong background in generalist HR roles, providing advice and support across the employee lifecycle.
- Proven ability to manage complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, capability, and performance management processes.
- Ideally CIPD qualified (3 or above), with comprehensive knowledge of UK employment law, HR best practices, and organisational policies.
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels of an organisation.
- Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with excellent organisational skills and proficiency in HR systems, including experience with Workday being advantageous.
