Michael Page are delighted to be partnering with a Nottingham based organisation to support with the appointment of a HR Advisor role to join a busy team.

This role can offer hybrid working with circa 1 day per week from home.

Description

Working as part of a small HR team, based at a busy industrial site in Nottingham, the role of HR Advisor is a varied and generalist role.

Duties will include but not limited to:

• Provide guidance and support on HR policies and procedures
• Manage a wide range of employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance processes.
• Coach and upskill managers regarding people matters
• Coordinate recruitment activities and onboarding
• Support with organisational change projects
• Provide accurate HR reporting and analysis to support decision-making
• Support with HR projects and initiatives as and when required

Profile

Ideal applicants for this role will have a proven background as a HR Advisor, ideally within a similar sector such as manufacturing, logistics, construction etc
