Description
- Act as lead advisor and primary contact for all colleague employee relations casework across all four sites.
- Travel regularly between all four sites as a requisite part of the role.
- Advise and support managers through formal and informal grievances hearings, disciplinaries and probation reviews.
- Manage all statutory and family-friendly policies, including maternity, paternity, adoption, and parental leave procedures.
- Maintain and update employee records in line with compliance requirements.
- Monitor and record sickness absence trends with the HR Coordinator to ensure quality control across all sites.
- Conduct leaver exit interviews, analyse exit data, and present actionable insights to HR leadership to improve staff retention.
- Utilize HR software (such as iTrent) to maintain casework logs, extract data, and produce management reports.
Profile
A successful Employee Relations (HR) Advisor should have:
- Extensive experience managing ER cases.
- A full British driving license.
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to take their own initiative and confident in making decisions.
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Job Offer
- Weekly pay of £22.00 to £26.00 per hour, dependent on the level of experience.
