Our mission relies on a team full of inspiring, customer obsessed people, and we’re looking for a HR Advisor to provide high quality, practical HR advice and support to managers and employees across the employee lifecycle, whole helping to ensure employee engagement activity is well coordinated and delivered.

Here’s why you’ll love this role…

- Provide practical HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on a range of ER matters, including absence, performance, conduct, grievance and flexible working.

- Deliver training and coaching for managers on HR policies, people processes and best practice people management, building confidence and capability across the business.

- Deliver key employee lifecycle processes, from onboarding and probation reviews to contractual changes, family leave and offboarding, working closely with HR Administrators.

- Lead and support employee engagement initiatives, helping to gather feedback, analyse insights and implement actions that enhance the colleague experience and strengthen our culture.

- Maintain accurate HR records and systems, support organisational people processes, contribute to reporting and continuous improvement activities, and support the development and consistent application of HR policies and procedures.

- Champion an automation-first approach by identifying opportunities to simplify HR processes, leverage digital tools and AI, enhance manager self-service, and improve the overall colleague experience.

Here’s why you’ll be great in this role…

- You will have previous experience in a HR advisory or HR officer role 

- Experience of providing practical HR advice to managers and employees across a range of people matters 

- Experience of supporting employee lifecycle activity including recruitment, onboarding, absence management and policy administration.

- Experience of working in a busy environment and managing a varied workload with competing priorities.

- CIPD Level 3 or Level 5 qualification, or working towards this, would be desirable
