SF Partners are recruiting for an HR Advisor to join a well-established People team within a not-for-profit organisation operating across the East and West Midlands. The role will involve working across sites in Oldbury, Chesterfield and Derby, offering hybrid working with 3 days on-site and 2 days from home.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a generalist HR professional who enjoys variety, providing advice and guidance to managers, supporting employee relations matters and working within a structured, policy-led environment.
What we're looking for:
- Previous generalist HR experience (open to all sectors)
- CIPD Level 5 qualified or Level 3 with a willingness to progress to Level 5
- Confidence advising managers and applying HR policies and procedures
- A proactive, approachable and organised individual
- Someone comfortable working within an established People team and following structured processes
