HR Advisor - Temporary Position in Leatherhead, Surrey

Job Title: HR Advisor

Location: Leatherhead
Working Pattern: Hybrid - 3 days office / 2 days home
Duration: Temporary - 3 to 6 months

Working Days and Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30pm
Rate: £350 per day
IR35: inside IR35

We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our clients team on a temporary basis for around 3-6 months.

The ideal candidate will have strong Employee Relations experience, be confident supporting hiring managers and further employees. You must be comfortable working within a busy team as well as independently.

Responsibilities include however are not limited to:

• Strong Employee Relations experience, dealing with a variety of difference cases
• Confident advising managers and other employees when needed
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Good generalist HR experience
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
